Whilst every effort is made to despatch orders within 24 hours on receipt of order, you should leave a minimum of 4 clear working days to receive your delivery of goods. It is also advisable to allow extra time for deliveries during periods of adverse weather conditions and over the Christmas and Easter periods though, again, every effort will be made to despatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery terms and charges are available upon request of a quotation.
Your first order will be on a Pro-forma basis. Subsequent orders will be given credit subject to satisfactory references. Our standard payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date.
Please note, VAT rates depend on if and how you hold out the goods for resale. If you are in any doubt, we urge you to seek clarification of the appropriate VAT rates from your local Customs and Excise office. Please would you quote your trade account number with us (three letters followed by three numbers) when placing orders whether in writing or over the phone.
